Dear heavenly Father,
Good morning. I just want to thank You for this morning. I want to thank You for the opportunity You gave us to care for Your sparrow, whom we have dubbed Keebler, while he passed from this realm to Heaven. Thank You for caring for us as we go through this life. Thank You for helping us to work out our differences and through our problems. We ask that You would help us to learn to rely on You more. Teach us to be people strongly connected to You in prayer. Teach us to pray about everything as our instinctual reaction. Help us to consider our words and how they may be perceived before we allow them to be communicated. We ask that You draw us and keep us close by Your side and wrapped up in Your loving embrace today. Help us to tune into Your voice and be attentive to Your teaching today and always.
