Prayer for Laura's Dad

Dear heavenly Father,

     We lift Laura's dad up to You tonight.  We ask that You would heal him, Lord.  We pray that Your Spirit would fill and be felt everyone in that hospital room with her dad.  Give Laura and her family peace and comfort during this time, as they place their trust in You.
     Thank You, Lord.  We love You.

A Prayer for Liza

Dear heavenly Father,

     We thank You for the many opportunities we have to come to You.  We also thank You for the privilege You have given us to have a good relationship with You.  We lift up Liza to You in our prayers.  She needs Your healing touch and Your divine intervention.  Please speak to her heart.  And tune her ears into Your voice.  Thank You, out Lord God.   We love You!

A Prayer for Lisa

Dear heavenly Father,

     Tonight we lift up Lisa before Your great throne of grace.  We ask that You would make Your presence known and felt to her.  We pray that You will help her through her legal battles and her struggles with her family members.  We also ask that You would pour out Your healing mercies upon her spirit, soul, and body.  And heal her mother as well.  We ask for Your protection for her. That You would strengthen her faith.  And encourage her in her pursuit of You and Your Son, Jesus Christ.
     Thank You, Lord God for all that You do and for who You are.  We love You!

A Prayer for a good friend

Dear Lord Jesus,

     We prayerfully lift my friend up before You as we ask You to heal her of this cancer.  She is scheduled to start treatments for this next week.  We are asking You to heal her before these treatments start.  But if You decide to use these treatments to show forth Your glory and grace, we ask that You would help my friend endure these treatments.  Give her the grace to go on and keep moving forward into all that You have in store for her.  Even use this time and these experiences to draw her into a closer relationship with Yourself, Lord God.  We pray that You would make her battle with cancer short.  And help her to come through this battle victoriously, Lord Jesus!  Give her, and all of her friends and family members, another reason to sing "Victory in Jesus"!
     We love You, Lord God!  Thank You!

A Prayer for Chris and Angela Faddis

Dear heavenly Father,

     We lift up Chris and Angela Faddis to You right now.  We ask that You pour out Your healing mercies upon Angela as she struggles with cancer.  We ask that You would make any treatments and surgeries that she has, or is, undergoing to be very effective.  And grant both Chris and Angela Your peace, joy, and hope as they struggle through this together.  Help them, even through this, draw closer to You.  Help them gain a deeper more intimate knowledge of You, Lord.

Dear heavenly Father,

     We lift up Becky's Grandmother to You right now.  We ask that You would pour our Your healing mercies upon her.  Help her and strengthen her as she waits in the hospital.  Grant Your peace to all of her family, and even distant relatives.  We  ask that You would keep her comfortable as she goes through these medical procedures.  And give us all the blessed assurance of knowing that You, our Lord and our God, are in control of everything, even this.  We thank You!  And we praise You, Father God!  Thank You for being with us the way You are.

Dear heavenly Father,

     At this time we prayerfully lift Kim's brother-in-law to You.  We pray that You will heal him completely of whatever caused the stroke he had the other day.  We ask that You would keep him from having another stroke.  And just pour out Your healing mercies upon him.  Heal him.  And restore him, Lord.  For this, and everything else that You do, Jesus, we give You thanks and praise.
