Dear heavenly Father God,
We come before You this night asking that You would grant peace and healing to my friend, Jack's family. With his wife recovering from knee surgery and his daughter who was just in a car accident and Jack is out of the area for work,You already know that this is a very trying all of them. We ask that You would make any injuries that Samantha has sustained to be very treatable. Help her to recover quickly. Raise up Your people in the surrounding communities to support Jack and his family during this time. We ask that You would also help Lisa to recover from her knee surgery quickly. Protect Jack as he travels for work, and bring him home safely and soon so that he may be there for his wife and daughter.
We ask all this so that You may be glorified through it, Lord Jesus. We know that You have a plan and a purpose in even this. We must confess that we do not know what that plan is, but we trust You anyway. We love You Jesus. You are our Healer, our Help, and our Hope. And it is to You we turn for guidance and protection.
